Lazika is an initiative focused on producing world-class tea in rural Anatolia, designed and created for the world.

Our goal is to support reverse migration and create job opportunities that will prevent our educated and skilled friends from migrating. The most important mission for us is to make a positive impact on our environment, our neighbors, and the land we inhabit. Producing good tea in the right way is the true value. Because if our work is sustainable and can increase our positive impact on the environment, then we can create the effect we aim for. We are not a corporate company, but rather an initiative integrated with our local and global ecosystem, and our team.

Partnership with TİDER

As we thought about how we could spread this impact throughout the country, we encountered TİDER (Basic Needs Association). TİDER is a charity that laid the foundations for Food Banking in Turkey. Its mission is to reduce poverty in Turkey by ensuring that people living below the poverty line can access basic needs and later find jobs to support themselves. Who wouldn’t support this mission?

Tea: The Most Democratic Drink in the World

No matter your gender, political views, education level, or hometown, tea is a drink that unites all of us. Some of us prefer it light, dark, or sweet. Some of us prefer herbal tea, others green, but we all agree on tea. Even those who don't like it, still partake. It creates harmony. Our common ground is tea.

"Good Tea for Everyone!"

Two years ago, when we were preparing the packaging for our Güzel Dem tea, a slogan came to mind: "Good tea for everyone!" It's also on the packaging. Lazika, together with TİDER, will make this dream a reality. Through this framework, for every tea you donate to the "suspended tea" project, Lazika will add one more and deliver it to TİDER. Additionally, 10% of your total purchase on our website will be donated through TİDER’s Food Banking Network to support those in need. With the products and support it receives, TİDER can provide a meal for just 0.51 TL. Think about the impact you could make!

The Growth of the Goodness Story
