1. What types of tea do you offer?
So many! Our selection includes classic 2.5-leaf hand-picked Turkish Black Tea, as well as a variety of herbal and fruit-infused blends. Whether you love bold black tea or something more soothing, we’ve got a tea for you.
2. What’s the difference between loose-leaf and bagged tea?
Loose-leaf tea gives you a fuller, richer flavor because the leaves are less broken, while bagged tea brews faster but might not have the same depth. If you love a strong aroma and full taste, go for loose-leaf!
3. How should I store my tea?
Keep it fresh by storing it in an airtight container, away from moisture, light, and strong smells. A cool, dark place is best.
4. How long does tea stay fresh?
If stored right, your tea will stay fresh for 6-12 months. But honestly, it’s so good—you’ll probably finish it way before then!
5. Does your tea contain caffeine?
Some do, some don’t! If you’re looking for a caffeine-free option, check the product page before ordering. But trust us, they’re delicious either way!
6. What’s the best way to brew your tea?
For Turkish Black Tea, the traditional çaydanlık (Turkish teapot) method is the way to go! If you prefer a simpler method, just steep the tea in hot water for the recommended time on the package.
7. Do you offer blends for specific health benefits?
Yes! We have a variety of teas designed to support digestion, relaxation, immunity, and overall wellness. If you’re looking for something specific, check the product descriptions—we highlight the benefits of each blend!
8. Where are your teas sourced from?
Our teas come from the lush tea fields of the Eastern Black Sea region of Türkiye. We work directly with local farmers to ensure the highest quality, hand-picked leaves.
9. Are your teas gluten-free and allergen-friendly?
Yes! Our teas are naturally gluten-free and don’t contain any allergens in systematic allergen nomenclature that is approved by the World Health Organization and International Union of Immunological Societies (WHO/IUIS) Allergen Nomenclature Sub-Committee. But if you have a specific allergy concern, feel free to ask—we’ll double-check for you!
10. Are your tea bags plastic-free?
Absolutely! We use biodegradable, plastic-free tea bags that are better for both you and the planet.
11. Do you offer any caffeine-free options?
Yes! We have a selection of herbal and fruit-infused teas that are naturally caffeine-free. Just check the product page for details!
12. What certifications do your teas have?
Our teas are 100% natural and free from chemicals. We also hold organic and sustainable farming certifications, depending on the blend. If you need specific details, just ask! You can also find the certificates on the back of our packages and at the end of product images on our website.
13. Can your teas help with weight loss?

No way! Our teas are completely natural, with no artificial additives—just pure, high-quality ingredients straight from nature.

Membership & Subscription
1. Do you offer a tea subscription service?
Not yet! But if you’d like one, let us know—we love hearing your ideas and might just make it happen!
2. Do you have a rewards or loyalty program?
Yes! You can earn Money Points every time you place an order or leave a review. These points can be converted into gift vouchers to use on future orders.
3. How does the membership work?
Super simple! Just create an account, and you're in. As a member, you can track your orders, save your favorite teas, create wishlists, and even get stock or price alerts for the teas you love.
Ordering
1. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, but only if it hasn’t been shipped yet—usually within 2-3 hours after placing it.
2. How do I apply a promo code?
When you go to "My Cart," there’s a "Use Gift Voucher" option. You can also enter your code on the checkout page under "Redeem Gift Voucher."
3. Why isn’t my promo code working?
A couple of reasons: Maybe it was already used, or there’s a typo (capital letters and spaces matter!). If you're still having trouble, contact us, and we’ll help you out.
4. Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
Unfortunately, no. Once your order is placed, the address is locked in—so double-check before confirming your order!
Delivery
1. What are the shipping options and costs?
In Türkiye, shipping is 120 TL for orders below 750 TL. But if your cart is over 750 TL, shipping is completely free! For international orders, we ship to 50 countries (except Türkiye), and the cost depends on where you are.
2. Which courier do you use, and how long will my order take to arrive?
In Türkiye, we ship with HepsiJet, and internationally, we use DHL or FedEx. Delivery usually takes 2-5 business days within Türkiye, but international shipping times vary based on location.
3. Why hasn’t my order been delivered yet?
There are a few reasons why this might happen. Maybe your address details weren’t clear enough (make sure to double-check!), or the tea you ordered is out of stock—some of our teas are seasonal. If you think neither of these is the issue, reach out to us, and we’ll fix it right away!
4. Can I ship my order to a PO Box?
It depends on your country. If FedEx operates there, yes, you can! But unfortunately, DHL doesn’t deliver to PO Boxes.
5. Will there be any extra charges for international shipments?
Nope! The shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your order’s weight and location, and that’s the final price. No surprise charges afterward.
6. How do I track my order?
You can track it under "My Account" > "My Orders." Once your package is picked up by the courier, you’ll see real-time tracking updates.
Order Issues & Returns
1. Can I return or exchange my tea if I don’t like it?
You can return it, but we don’t offer exchanges.
2. How do I return my order?
Just go to "My Orders" once your package has arrived. You’ll get a return code, which you’ll need to give to the shipping company when sending the product back.
3. Can I exchange an item instead of returning it?
No, but you can return your order if needed.
4. What if I receive the wrong or a faulty product?
Let us know ASAP, and we’ll make it right! We’re here to fix any mix-ups or issues.
