Use fresh, oxygen-rich water that has not been previously boiled.
Herbal teas should be brewed with boiling water at 100°C
You can brew using a pyramid tea bag in a cup or teapot.
After placing the tea bag in the cup or teapot, pour boiling water over it and allow it to brew for 4 minutes. Remove the tea bag and enjoy your tea.
Leaving the bag in or brewing for longer can result in a bitter taste in your tea.
