A Linden Tea Means "I Value You."

Effort and Labor: The Profound Meaning of Hospitality

Doing some difficult and demanding tasks for a loved one, "I care about you." It's another way of saying it. Among the treats that require effort, pomegranates stand out; peeling them takes time. The pomegranate is definitely a symbol of hard work and effort.

Linden Tree with its Story

Many things are forgotten, but the person who peels apples and brews linden tea with their own homemade seasoning is never forgotten. Brewing linden tea for someone who is ill, while seemingly a form of treatment, is actually a form of spiritual therapy. When a person is sick, they feel vulnerable and crave more attention than usual. Brewing linden tea is like offering that attention and care in the form of a warm beverage.

Boiling vs. Brewing: The Difference Between Each Method

Recently, experts have argued that linden tea should be brewed rather than boiled. While this advice is valuable, it shouldn't lead someone who already drinks boiled linden tea to change their preference. In our belief, one should drink it however makes them feel best. Brewing is a practical process. However, brewed linden tea requires effort, warms the heart, spreads pleasant aromas, and soothes the soul.
