Lazika started in 2013 with a single question: “What should real tea be like?” We looked for the answer not on paper, but in the garden, in the field, in the kitchen. Producing without burdening nature, walking shoulder to shoulder with local people, giving labor its due... For us, tea is precisely where these questions come together.

We have never seen tea as "just tea." Which garden it's harvested from, when it's picked, how it's processed, how many gardens come together in the same pot... all are small design decisions that change the taste, aroma, and color. We pursued meticulous design, not industrial speed. We produce in small quantities, but we produce as we believe.

In 2022, we started to pay more attention to the "goodness" side of tea. That's how our functional teas, which complement daily rhythms, sleep, tranquility, and cycles, were born. First we loved them, then our enthusiasts discovered them.

We still stand by that same statement today: Good tea is a matter of design. Not all natural tea is good; but every sip of well-crafted tea should be beneficial to both the effort put into it and the drinker.
