Lazika is an initiative striving to produce high-quality tea for the world from rural areas. They design and produce teas for the global market in Anatolia.

We are a Rural Development Project

Our goal is to support reverse migration, creating job opportunities that will prevent our knowledgeable and skilled friends from emigrating. Our most important mission is to benefit our region, our environment, and our neighbors. Producing good tea in the right way is what truly matters. Because if our work is sustainable, if we can increase our positive impact on the environment, then we can create the impact we desire. We are not a privately owned company. We are an initiative integrated with our location, the local and global ecosystem, and our team.

Partnership with TİDER

While considering how we could spread this impact, which is one of the reasons for our existence, throughout our country, we came across TİDER (Basic Needs Association). TİDER is an association that laid the foundations of Food Banking in our country. TİDER aims to reduce poverty in Türkiye by enabling people living below the poverty line to access basic necessities first, and then to find jobs and become self-sufficient. Who wouldn't support such a goal?

Tea is the World's Most Democratic Drink.

Regardless of gender, political views, education level, or origin, tea is a beverage that our entire society can agree on. Some of us like it light, strong, or sweetened. Some prefer herbal tea, some green tea, but what we all love is tea. Few don't like it, but it exists. And even they drink it. It shows harmony. Our common ground is tea.

"Good Tea for Everyone!"

Two years ago, while designing the packaging for our Güzel Dem tea, a slogan came to mind: "Good tea for everyone!" It's even on the packaging. Lazika, together with TİDER, will make this dream a reality. In this context, for every tea you donate to our "Tea on Hold" program, Lazika will add one more to TİDER's donation. In addition, 10% of your net purchases from our website will be channeled through the Basic Needs Association's Food Banking Network to support those in need. With the donated products and support, TİDER is able to provide a meal for only 0.51 TL. Imagine the magnitude of your impact!
