Brewing Secrets
• Use fresh, oxygen-rich water that has not been previously boiled.
• Green teas should be brewed with water at 85-90 degrees Celsius. You can wait 2 minutes after boiling the water before brewing.
• Add the tea to the teapot and pour the hot water over it.
• Steep for 4 minutes, then pour the tea into a cup.
• If you steep for too long, the tea may become bitter.
• To preserve its flavor, store your tea in an airtight, cool, dry, and dark place. Herbal teas can easily absorb moisture, which may shorten their recommended shelf life.
