Ingredients

100% pure matcha powder
 

Brewing Secrets

Use fresh, oxygen-rich water that has not been previously boiled.
Matcha should be prepared with 70-80 degree water. You can let boiled water cool for 3-4 minutes before using.
First, warm the bowl or cup with hot water.
Add 1 teaspoon of matcha (approximately 2 grams).
Add 60-80 ml of water and whisk with a bamboo whisk (chasen) in a W motion until a frothy consistency is achieved.
If you don't have a whisk, you can also use a small milk frother.

Storage:

Store your matcha in an airtight container in a cool, dry, and dark place.
Light and moisture quickly degrade matcha's color and aroma; if possible, refrigerate after opening.
