Brewing Secrets

• Use fresh, oxygenated water that has not been boiled before.
• Herbal teas should be brewed with water at 85-90 degrees Celsius. You can let the boiled water sit for 2 minutes before brewing.
• Place the tea leaves in the teapot and pour boiling water over them.
• Brew for 4 minutes, then pour the tea into a cup.
• If you brew it for too long, the tea may become bitter.
• To preserve its flavor, store your tea in a sealed container in a cool, dry, and dark place. Herbal teas can easily absorb moisture, which can shorten their recommended shelf life.
